I hate to spend a lot of time cooking, especially when I am hungry. I don't like to spend lots of money for my food, and I don't like lots of salt or fat in my food.
These recipes will be quick and easy - no more than about 30-45 minutes from start to eating for a whole meal. (Some will be "cook ahead and reheat to eat".) The recipes will use crockpots, microwaves, regular ovens, and even old fashioned stovetop cooking. We'll use fresh, canned, frozen, raw, and even some partially or totally prepared items. Some will be my own recipes, some will be borrowed from or linked to from other sites, and some will be those you email to me. Please share. |
